OK...I've had it. As in FED UP with some of youse guys (Chicago style)!!! Max is setting the tone and I'm right behind him...WE WON'T ACCEPT ANY EXCUSES FROM ANYONE IN THE BLOOMINGTON AREA WHO DOESN'T COME TO THE MINI-REUNION ON THURSDAY.

You know who you are (right Mr. Franks?). Some of you have never been to one. It's time you did. Some of you may think you're either too good or not good enough....WELL, you're wrong on both counts. EVERYONE THERE WANTS TO SEE YOU.

Max has challenged Mike and bribed him with a Spotted Cow. Let me add to the challenge, first drink for first timers is on me, just tap me on the shoulder and say, "Hi, remember me?" So, forget anything you might fear or imagine and know you are a Raider just like the rest of us. Besides, who wouldn't come just to hear Max's jokes and look at his flattop haircut?

Now for some news that may be bad for some and possibly good for others. Mary Selk just called me and someone at Westminster Village messed up and had already scheduled something else for September 30. So our concert will be the previous Saturday, September 23 at 3pm. Rehearsals will be Friday the 22nd at 7:30pm and Saturday at 1:30 prior to the performance. I hope all singers can make that change. Again, sorry for the confusion.

No Max we didn't go to a Cardinals game(thank God).  My husband watches them on the TV downstairs and I watch the Cubbies upstairs.  

It was so nice to see the great turnout at Gill street and the rain held off till about 9.

Hi everyone!

I enjoyed seeing everyone who attended the mini-reunion!  I wonder if there could be a better situation that would enable us to spend more time with each person.  In an effort to see everyone, I mingled then would go sit down at different tables.

I swear to God-if I lived there I would have you all over once a week for games and food!

What about it Mike Franks?  You weren't there!  You once said that you come out of your cave every so often and look around, then go back to your cave.
