Dodie grew up and graduated from schools in Coos Bay, Ore., and was of the Episcopalian faith. She had many friends and never met anyone she couldn’t get along with. She loved her time on the beach in Florida and spending “the season” with Lee, Jack and Jean, Hank and Wilma, Bryn and Kathy and all her friends at the beach place.
Dodie always loved a good book, a glass of wine, Fox News (especially Bill O’Reilly) and a spirited political conversation. She also loved going on road trips, having lunch or maybe having an early cocktail with her good friend Billy Smith. Dodie also was an avid Chicago Bears fan and Brian Urlacher lover. Her friends and family will really miss her, but we all know she is in a better place — look out, R.C.!
