We will choose either Hubbard's, Sinorak, or Ragusa's. (laugh)

OK wise guys, how about the Grand Hotel or Streid's? Jack and Rod could borrow a time machine from Rod Serling and put it in reverse, that way everyone can sit in the back seat and ask, "Are we then, yet?" For sure it won't be Casella's because of the anchovies. Right, Helen? Go ahead make my day, I plan on sitting on the Volga River in Shestakovo with a nice bottle of vodka and a big scoop of black caviar after a day in the banya and mushroom hunting. I think you should give Ed everything he wished for, that way everyone will be happy. Really, if I am there, I don't care where it is as long as there aren't any old people.

One of my favorite stories from Sue during the last reunion was her reply to someone who asked what it was like. She, "Oh, it was just great, except everyone's parents showed up." Think about it. Ha!

Is there any news about Sue? I bet she has some ideas and with some luck might even be there with everyone. Get home soon Sue, they can't seem to do this without you.

Judith (Judy) McLean (Wilder)

Mel,

I was down to see Sue yesterday...when we go back I'll see if she has any suggestions.  She is hoping to be with us in August but she has a long way to go still.  She's having little milestones and they are trying some new things that if she's able to tolerate she may be able to come home without a trach.  We'll see how it goes.  They aren't giving her any date now when she can go home it's up to her to do her exercises and get stronger so that she can.  Just keep praying for her!!!!

I don't have a problem with Gill Street but don't know all the places in B'ton anymore so if others have an idea that's okay with me.  Kind of tired of the Caboose though.

Judy

Judy,

I think of Sue often so the next time you go let her know that she is still in everyones thoughts and prayers.

Casella's is still the best pizza ever, Can't find anything that even comes close.

Ed, I have to agree with you on the place for the August get together, I don't smoke cigars (anymore) but will have to go along with the rest of your ideas.

Have a good day everyone.

.

We're coming back in June so won't make the trip to the reunion in August, but would like to meet everyone for breakfast at Shannon's on June 15!

Mel, you and your Anchovies and Caviar!  Better you than me!  EWWWWWWW!

Thanks to the message board, Jerry Plummer got in touch with me as he lives in the East Bay and we had lunch yesterday.  What fun!!  We had almost 50 years of catching up to do so decided we have to do it again when I am back in CA in the fall.  It's amazing how wonderful it is to reconnect with those who knew us when and to share our memories (and lack of memories).  I am looking forward to seeing many more of you in August!

Echoing Holly's sentiments, thanks to the Message Forum for providing an opportunity to contact Holly and enjoy her company.  This board is a great way to both stay in and get in touch.  Thanks again to you all for keeping it going.

A busboy there with Norton, who later worked his way up to behind the bar, and that's where he stayed for the balance of his career.  Always, in some way, the places you work and the people you associate with determine your life direction.

If that's the case then I should be a movie stair because I sure worked for a lot of them!

I saw your last picture, Victor, and you've got some talent, but star status not just yet.

What'd they do, lock out their spouses, or did their spouses have you pick their locks?

Victor, what was her problem and what did she look like...all caked up with make-up?

She was probably at least late 70's huh?
