Jerry W. Dehart age 75 of Bloomington IL passed away at 5:04 PM on Friday, January 28, 2022 at his residence. Cremation rites will be accorded. Private entombment will be at East Lawn Mausoleum, Bloomington, IL. The family suggests memorials be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude Children’s Hospital. Cremation arrangements are being handled by Beck Memorial Home, Bloomington, IL. Jerry was born June 25, 1946 in Bloomington, IL the son Wayne J. and Lena M. Hubbs Dehart He married Judy M. Serpin on June 29, 1968 in Bloomington, IL She survives. Also surviving are his 2 sons, Jerry M. (Kari Smith) Dehart, Danvers, IL, Jason (Georgia) Dehart, Bloomington, IL, 1 grandson, Evan (Danielle) Dehart, Minier, IL. Jerry is preceded in death by his parents, 1 brother, Michael Dehart. Jerry was a union electrician and was past president and business manger of IBEW Local # 197.
