Sorry for such a delayed post, I have been distracted for several weeks and have not been getting anything posted. The In Memory section is now updated to include Paul Koerner. Research for his obituary showed up in The Gazette in Iowa and I have copied it into Comments in the In Memory section. It is very short and uninformative. If you go to In Memory, click on his name, click View Profile and  Profile Questions  you will see more detail. He had some interesting experiences.

In response to Dave L's mini-reunion question, I will not be back in Bloomington until early April and plan to schedule a Class Committee Meeting soon after my return. We probably will not have firm dates until then but I anticipate a similar schedule as in recent years which would be about May 14, Aug 9 and Dec 5. I will see if we can confirm these dates sooner than April.

HA!  Linda!  I remember driving between Steak and Shake in Bloomington to Normal and back quite often!Remember a few trips out of town.  Your memory of those days is much clearer than mine.  In general, just remember having a good high school experience with friends all around!  Just got my Real ID, glad to have that done!  Somedays I feel 74 and other days and I can't believe that is my age!  Just blessed to be healthy and busy with life!  Thanks for the birthday wishes!

One of our clasmates gave me some memorabilia when they were downsizing. It included some fourth grade class pictures that I thought were great fun to see. It seemed a fun idea to post them for all to enjoy and to bring back memories. Others will follow on their birthdays if I can remember to post them on time. There are some that I do not know their birthdays so I will post those randomly. Since Terri just celebrated her birthday I am starting with her. (I cannot explain why but the picture below shows upside down on cell phones)

Dave and I are down in St. Louis going to Barnes Jewish Hospital so he can get a cath Lab.  His doctor said his lower part of his heart is weaker so he will put stints in today.  This is why the birthday wishes for yesterday was late.  Sorry Mary and Rick.

Suzi - Hope the stints get Dave fixed up. You guys have certainly had your share of proceedures recently. Hopefully this will be the last one yu need for a long while.

The 2020 Mini-Reunion schedule has been posted at the top of the Home Page. Plan to join us. This is always a great opportunity to expand our bond with our HS classmates.

Thanks to Steve Jetton for voluteering to get the committee organized to get the schedule worked out. I am in the Florida Keys until the end of March and was not going to get this done until my return home.

Thank you for the well wishes for Dave.  Well things changed when we got down to Barnes.  Dave is so tall the Doctor had to go through his groin because the tube wouldn't reach if they went through his arms.  End result he doesn't need the stints yet.  His heart is still weak but they are still keeping him on the same medication.  I think we go back in three months.  Everyone at the hospital is so wonderful and nice.

 I hope everyone is enjoying this nice weather!!

Suzi - When my mom was fighting breast cancer I spent a lot of time with her at Barnes and fully agree they are the best. They treat you with the grearest respect and provide the friendliest and  most professional care you can get anywhere. Dave is in good hands there so they will see him through this just fine.

All - Judy and I are in the Florida Keys and have been trying to push some this beautiful weather to our northern neighbors. Seems like we have made some progress. Enjoy your early spring break.

Suzi, I am so glad that Dave does not need stents yet. I wish his heart wasn’t weak but it sounds like his medication is at least keeping him stable. Barnes is an outstanding hospital.

Be sure to set your clocks ahead one hour before you go to bed tonight. When you wake up tomorrow we'll have Daylight Savings Time once again. 

And while you're at it ... you might want to change the batteries in your smoke alarms, check your furnace filters, and put new passwords on your on-line accounts.
