Nancy Weaver (Cupp)
Linda, I am so sorry this happened to your precious granddaughter. Please have the parents and daughter make an appointment with the principal of the school, bringing any doctor's reports, notes, write down everything that happened, and talk to the principal of the school. The parents should write down everything they can recall according to their daughter, names, anyone who saw it, etc. They need to make a police report as well. The principal needs to know what is going on, any teachers that may help, guidance councilor, etc. They will make sure she does not miss her classes, or at least know why she was not in school, etc. They can even given her tests in the protection of someone to protect her. Another teacher or aid to accompany her, some schools have on duty police. If necesary, a parent to go to school with her and attend classes with her. That would shock the kids! Ha ha. Bullies are big chickens actually. Of course the bully does not want her to say anything. Duh! It may have been another jealous girl who put the boy up to it. But, either way, enough is enough.
As a grandparent, pray for your family members daily. You have the right and authority to cover your family in prayer, and declare that the enemy's plans over your family's lives cease. Plead the blood of Jesus over your loved ones and pray for their daily protection. This present life is a spiritual battlefield. We fight it with prayer and God's Word.
2 Corinthians 10:3-5 King James Version (KJV)
3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:
4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)
5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;
Hebrews 4:12
For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder ofsoul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
