I think that this is the anniversary of the JFK assination. We were seniors. Does everyone remember that afternoon? I had just finished gym class and was headed to the cafeteria and lunch.A long time ago!

Mike, I remember it was during lunch

time and Charlie Crabtree came up to

me and asked if I had heard that JFK

had been shot?  I thought he was

kidding and I told him I didn’t think

that was funny!  Shortly after that we

all knew it was true!  Such a sad day

for our country.

56 years ago today...a day none of us will ever forget. Thanks for the reminder Mike.

Thank you for the feedback. Our entire world changed, that one November day. I have wondered, over the years, just what our lives could have been like.

                                                     GO YOU RAIDERS!

I remember finding out the news in Mr. Edmonds class. Such a shock! Remember being glued to the television for three days or so.

Happy Birthday Mike (Jim) Fry. It has been a pleasure to have been friends for so many years. Our lives seem to have been parallel since those days at BJHS. From there, it was on to BHS, then Ft. Polk. Later we were in apprenticeship and learned our trade. I remember those days on Sesame St, and raising our children. Lots of cars, racing, CB's and just doing what young people do. I gained a lot of experience at Hundman, thanks to you. I appreciate your help and guidance after I started my contracting.

You are a first class person. I wish you continued good health and a very Happy Birthday!

DON'T FORGET

Mini-Reunion tonight

6:00 at Tony Roma's

A great time was had by all!  It got kinda rowdy towards the end of the evening, but we managed to convince the management not to call the police when we all pitched in to pay for the damages caused by dancing on the tables and swinging from one of the two chandeliers. It was definitely worth all the drive time. So happy that Steve and Ann kept it mostly under control, but there was nothing to be done about wild man Garth!

Diane, I almost forgot, I'm really happy that my cane came so handy in getting "you know what" off the chandelier 🤫. We're all sworn to secrecy.

Dave, now you've gotten my brain all whipped out of shape. Please tell us more. To think that of all the mini-reunions I had to miss, it would be the one with people swinging on chandeliers. Thank goodness you were there to restore order. I can't imagine how you kept Garth under control. Any photos would be much appreciated. Hope everyone had a blast. What was the head count?

I'm so sorry to have had to miss the Christmas Mini-Reunion Saturday night!  I've had a chest cold and have been coughing my head off.   I hope the service was better than last year, as Tony's promised.  I'm hoping somebody took pictures to post.  Sounds like you had fun.  I was sure thinking of everybody and wishing I could be there.

I regret to inform everyone, but due to the explicit nature of the pictures, they failed the qualification test to be published on this site. It was determined that the audience was not yet mature enough to be exposed to this subject matter. Perhaps next time.

Dave, who are you protecting? We are all in our 70s, so nothing can shock us. Or can it? Hmmmm....

Sandy, hope you're feeling better. Does that mean Liz wasn't there either? So many questions and no answers.
