I've gotten a couple of emails from people with the same comments also about this new Message Board email notification thing,  so it's probably universal.  As Milan indicated, you can go to Notify Me and set the 6th choice down back to whatever you prefer.  I changed mine back.

There are times when Class Creators does an update, things don't always get reset correctly. My guess is this was one of those glitches. I have talked to a couple of people that did as I said with Notify Me and it worked. Part of Notify Me was originally under your profile choices but they split them up. Again, administrators had nothing to do with it.

I also started getting updates from everyone who posted on the site.  My email inbox is always overflowing so don't need anything extra in it!  

I hope you all have a good Memorial Day weekend.  We are going to see our youngest grandson (2 months on Sunday) who my husband hasn't met yet.  They live in North Carolina so it is a bit of a jaunt, but he is definitely worth it.  This is my youngest daughter and her little guy on Mother's Day.

I also recieved an e-mail from the class of 63 which my husband belongs to & we have not gone into change anything on our profile pages.  My husband never goes to the website of 63 and I very seldom log on to 64 website so someone must be messing with it.   Anyway, I did change things on my profile page so lets see if it changes anything.

You have to make this change under "Notify Me". It has to be a glitch in the system. No one can alter what you check in there. GO to Noticy Me and uncheck  "A new response is posted in the Message Forum".

Reunion invitations were mailed to David Coit and Gary Schad and both were returned labeled "not deliverable as addressed".  Their addresses on the Class Directory and on the web-site match the addresses they were mailed to.  If David or Gary contact me on the website to provide mailing address updates or if anyone has their contact info please let me know and I will remail the invitations to them.  I will also attempt to contact them by e-mail as listed on this site.  Any help that can be provided in keeping the Class Directory current would be greatly appreciated.

Regarding class creators updates-  I was in the IT business for 35 plus years.  You can always count on the geeks to screw something up every now and then.  (Any fellow geeks out there, please don't take offense.)

David Long - congrats!   I am jealous.  Elaine and I have kids in their thirties and no grandkids.  Maybe your example says there is still hope.

Thanks Helen and Milan for Dave Coit contact input.  Gary Schad has provided me with address confirmation and Mary Mullins got updated contact info on Judy Wright.  Reunion invitation to all three are now in the mail.  Thanks for your help.  I am told we now have about 40 confirmed paid for the reunion.  Keep them coming everybody.  The committee is looking for perfect attendance.

Congrats on your first grandchild.  He's a cutie.  Glad they named him after your dad... now he will have to be a loyal Cubs fan to keep up the tradition!  Oh well, everyone has a burden of some sort.  I just had my fifth grandchild on May 20th and he is as awsome as the other 4.  For me, grandkids complete the circle of life.
