John Pease

John Pease, 47, Palm Springs, Calif., a native of Bloomington, died Thursday (Aug. 19, 1993) at Eisenhower Medical Center, Rancho Mirage, Calif.

His funeral was yesterday at Wiefels & Son Funeral Home, Palm Springs. Burial will be private.

Mr. Pease was born Dec. 27, 1945, in Bloomington, a son of Ronald and Aline Eades Pease.

Survivors include his father, Palm Springs, and his twin sister, Joan Connor, Rancho Mirage.

Mr. Pease was a continuing care counselor at Betty Ford Center, Rancho Mirage. Prior to that he was a counselor at St. John's School in White Water, Calif., and a special education teacher at Raymond Cree Middle School in Palm Springs.

He was a veteran of the Vietnam War and a member of American Mental Health Counselors Association and the California Association of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors.
