  Dorothy A. Morin 1310 E. Oakland Ave., Bloomington. Who taught high school English 32 years, including 13 years at Bloomington High School, died at 12:28 p.m. yesterday, April 1, 1985 at Americana Health Center, Normal. 

     Her funeral will be at 1 p.m. today at Metzler Memorial Home. 
 

     Mrs. Morin was born in Vienna, Illinois, a daughter of James and Anna Gray Hankins. She married Joseph A. Morin, May 29, 1942 in Champaign, Illinois. 
 

     Surviving are her husband, a son, James, Geneva, Ill., a sister May Hankins Miller, Vienna, and a granddaughter. 

 

     Mrs. Morin was a graduate of the University of Illinois. She attended Southern Illinois University for two years and received a masters of art degree in English from Northwestern University in 1939. 
 

     She taught at high schools in Vienna, Farmer City, Amboy, and Johnson City before coming to Bloomington High School in 1952. She taught there until her retirement in 1965. 
 

     She was a member of Vienna United Methodist Church. 
 

     Memorials may be made to The American Cancer Society or the Mennonite Hospice Unit.
