BLOOMINGTON -- Judith J. "Judy" Carter, 63, of Bloomington, died at 7:10 p.m. Friday (Jan. 23, 2009) at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center, Bloomington.

Service: Graveside funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Park Hill Cemetery, Bloomington, the Rev. Keith Ferguson officiating.

Burial: Park Hill Cemetery, Bloomington.

Visitation: None.

Memorials: In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Home Sweet Home Mission.

Survivors: husband, Duane Carter, Bloomington; mother, Virginia Wheeler, Bloomington; two sons, Mark and Eric Carter, both of Bloomington; one sister, Diane Wheeler, Bloomington; two brothers, Glenn Wheeler, Portland, Ore.; and Randy (Wanda) Wheeler, Towanda; one grandson.
