She was born Sept. 17, 1946, in Bloomington, to the late Henry and Thelma Sidebottom Moncelle.
She is survived by her spouse, Richard Dogaer; son, Jared Dogaer; grandson, Tristan Dogaer; sister-in-law, Nina Dogaer; nephew, John Dogaer; niece, Andrea Dale; niece, Elizabeth Polomik; brother, Randall “Steve” Moncelle; along with various family members in Illinois, California and Florida.
Bonita was an artist and art instructor.

Bonnie had been married to Bob Singletary, so she was my Sister-in-law at one time. Although she and Bob moved East and we weren't close, I always had a warm feeling when I thought of Bonnie, as I think Bob always did.
