Dora L. Munson

Dora Leota Munson, 92, of Greenwood, Ind., a former home economics teacher at Bloomington High School, died at 7:50 p.m. Thursday (May 3, 1990) at Indianapolis.
 
A memorial service will be at 3 p.m. at Beck Memorial Home, Bloomington, reader Alice Taylor Reed officiating. There will be no visitation. She will be cremated.
 
Miss Munson was born Nov. 15, 1897, at Randolph, a daughter of George and Florence Bishop Munson.
 
Surviving are two nephews, including Don Munson, 8 Lake Bluff Court, Bloomington.
 
She was preceded in death by four brothers and a sister.
 
Miss Munson, a graduate of Illinois State Normal University, retired from BHS in 1962. She was a member of the Church of Christ Scientist, Boston.
 
She was a 50 year member of the Empire Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star.
