The funeral for Stephen Beich, 44, of Lakewood, Colo., and formerly of Bloomington, will be Saturday at Park Hill Cemetery, Bloomington.

 

There will be no visitation. Beck Memorial Home will be in charge of arrangements.

 

Mr. Beich died at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday (Sept. 26, 1990) at his home in Lakewood.

 

He was born September 12, 1946 in Bloomington, a son of Otto and Lucille Helple Beich.

 

Surviving is his mother, 33 Sunset Road. Bloomington.

 

Mr. Beich was a graduate of Illinois Wesleyan University and a member of Phi Gamma Delta fraternity. He was an Army veteran of the VietNam War, and rose to the rank of sergeant. He received the Infantry Badge, the Bronze Star, the Good Conduct Medal, and VietNam Service medals. He also received the VietNam Campaign ribbon.

 

Mr. Beich worked as a real estate appraiser in Lakewood.
